Sahara and Sahel Observatory (OSS)
Mrs Fatou Mar is a returning member of the Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) of DE Africa. OSS has previously participated as both a TAC member and Implementation Partner in DE Africa’s initiatives.
Fatou is the 2nd Advisor and Director of the Land Department at OSS.
